Orders processing

• Elly la Fripouille offers delivery to all USA. We use USPS and DHL according with the shipment services chosen.
• We are doing our best to process your order within 24 business hours of receiving your payment. 
• Orders that are placed over the weekend and/or day off are processed on next business day.

Please note that for security reasons, all our deliveries are tracked and require a signature at point of delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you will be left instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

For International orders, delivery times will vary accordingly by destination and delivery service selected. Please note the times provided are an indication of transit time, once your order has been despatched. Elly la Fripouille asks international customers to note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit caused by customs and import procedures.
